- Contract cancellation is permitted, subject to the company’s terms and conditions.
- If the contract is terminated without meeting the conditions set by the company, an early termination fee equal to 1.5 times the monthly rental fee will apply.
- Mileage Limit: 45,000 km/year or 3,750 km/month (Excess mileage fee is charged at 2 Thai Baht/km).
- Accident Insurance Excess: In non-contact accidents (no third-party involved), the subscriber is responsible for paying the deductible/excess fee.
- Vehicle Swap: Option to swap vehicles upon contract completion (subject to terms).
- Security Deposit Refund: The 1-month security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after contract completion.
- Foreign Applicants: No Thai guarantor required for foreign applicants.
- Contract Transfer: Subscriptions are transferable (subject to approval and terms).
- Temporary Suspension: Subscriptions can be paused temporarily for up to 6 months with a processing fee of 2,000 Thai Baht.
- Non-Payment: Failure to make payments on schedule grants the company the right to terminate the contract immediately.
