For Thai individuals: ID card (age 21-65), driving licence, 6-month bank statement, latest payslip and house registration. For non-Thais: passport, visa, work permit (if any) and 6-month bank statement or latest payslip. For companies: company affidavit, PP.30 and bank statement for the last 6 months, NCB report and photos of the office.
