Individual Applicants
  1. Monthly income at least 2x the subscription fee.
  2. Total expenses must not exceed total income.
  3. Clear NCB credit history with no late payments.
  4. No criminal or legal record.
Corporate Applicants
  1. Minimum registered capital of 5 million Thai Baht.
  2. Total liabilities must not exceed total revenue.
  3. Clear NCB credit history (company & directors).
  4. In business for 1+ years with submitted financial statements.
Foreign / Non-Thai Applicants
  1. Monthly income at least 2x the subscription fee.
  2. Total expenses must not exceed total income.
  3. All valid visa types accepted (except 90-day Tourist Visa).
